The preservation and indexing of the Wichita County Marriage Records was made possible to the Wichita County Historical and Genealogical Society through a grant provided by the Kansas Humanities Council. The marriage records consist of Affidavits of Marriage, Marriage License, Marriage Return, Parental Consent Forms or newspaper article of  marriage.
     Not all marriages have all of these records available, although many will have
 all 5 of them. There will be a fee of $5.00, plus 25 cents per sheet for
 copying.
